1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NURO-FIT application (“the Service”), the user (“You”) agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The Service and its digital assistant, Nuro, provide fitness and wellness tracking and are intended for informational purposes only. The Service does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by NURO-FIT.
3. Dietary Preferences and Allergen Responsibility
While the Service allows users to set specific dietary filters (including but not limited to: onions, pickles, mustard, and tomatoes), NURO-FIT does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party nutritional data or restaurant ingredient lists. Users maintain 100% responsibility for verifying ingredients before consumption. NURO-FIT shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or allergic incidents.
4. Privacy and Data Governance
- Data Minimization: We collect only the data necessary for the operation of the “External Brain” features, specifically user-reported energy levels and dietary preferences.
- Non-Commercialization: NURO-FIT maintains a strict policy against the sale, lease, or trade of personal user data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
- The Right to Erasure: In accordance with “Full Reset” protocols, users may request the permanent deletion of all historical data points at any time, which will be executed within standard technical processing windows.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NURO-FIT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
